Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
The short version: this site collects very little. We don't sell your personal information, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't run analytics or tracking scripts. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us — through our waitlist form or by email.
Who we are
Noah's Nest is a Los Angeles-based postpartum care-navigation platform currently in development. This policy covers the public website at noahsnest.co. Right now, the site offers information about our plans, educational resources, community events, and a waitlist — it does not provide medical care, and it is not a place to share health information.
What we collect, and where it comes from
Here's everything the site collects today, in plain terms:
- Waitlist and provider interest form. When you join the waitlist or tell us about your services as a provider, you share contact details like your name and email address. This form is hosted by Tally, a third-party form service, and your responses are stored with Tally on our behalf.
- Email. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in your message, along with your email address. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) automatically records basic technical details when you visit — things like your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We use these only to operate and secure the site.
In the language of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), that means we collect two categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email address, IP address) and internet activity (pages visited, captured in routine server logs). Everything comes either directly from you or automatically from your device when you visit.
Some pages — like our care-matching preview — let you explore how Noah's Nest will work in the future. Anything you type into those previews stays in your browser. It is not submitted, stored, or sent to us.
How we use your information
- To respond when you contact us.
- To let you know when Noah's Nest launches, if you've joined the waitlist.
- To follow up about provider onboarding, if you've expressed provider interest.
- To keep the site running, secure, and free of abuse.
That's it. We don't use your information for advertising or profiling.
We do not sell or share your personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising — the two practices California law lets you opt out of. Because we don't do either, there's nothing to opt out of, and we don't need to offer a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy and add one before doing anything new with your information. We also have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of anyone under 16.
Who we work with
We disclose personal information only to the service providers that help us run the site, and only for the purposes above:
- Tally — hosts our waitlist and provider interest form.
- Google Workspace — hosts our email.
- Amazon Web Services — hosts the website.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our community.
Cookies
Noah's Nest doesn't set cookies on the public site, and we don't use analytics or advertising trackers. The embedded Tally waitlist form may set its own cookies inside its frame; those are governed by Tally's privacy policy.
How long we keep your information
We're pre-launch, so we keep things simple: we don't store production records on our own systems. Waitlist and provider interest responses stay in Tally, and emails stay in our Google Workspace inbox, only as long as we need them to launch, respond, and follow up. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, just ask — we'll honor it.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we've collected about you, where it came from, and how we use it.
- Delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — though as noted above, we don't sell or share it.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we don't collect sensitive personal information on this site, so there's nothing to limit.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at bzaghi@noahsnest.co with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We'll need to verify it's really you — usually by matching the email address you write from against the one we have on file. You can also have an authorized agent submit a request on your behalf; we'll ask for proof that you gave them permission. We'll respond within the timeframes California law requires (generally 45 days).
A note about health information
This site isn't the place for health information. Please don't include medical details, symptoms, diagnoses, or insurance information in the waitlist form or in emails to us. When Noah's Nest launches care-navigation services, health information will be handled under separate, stricter protections — and this policy will be updated before that happens.
Children's privacy
Our site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
As Noah's Nest grows, this policy will grow with it. When we make changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change meaningfully affects how we handle your information, we'll make that clear here before it takes effect.
How to reach us
Questions about this policy or your information are always welcome.
